Duties:

  • Manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, financings, and real estate M&A.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate-related matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate.

 

Requirements:

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 5 years of experience practicing real estate law.
  • Proven experience handling complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of real estate law and transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation.
