Litigation Associate

The candidate must have 2-3 years of general commercial litigation experience. Should have experience in Securities Litigation and FINRA Arbitration, defending claims unique to the financial services industry, including claims for suitability, churning and failure to supervise. Excellent writing and research skills are needed. New York Bar admission is required.
