Duties

• Draft and negotiate documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for real estate deals.
• Handle transactions independently and work directly with clients.
• Oversee associate and paralegal support as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Ability to manage transactions from start to finish.
• Experience in development transactions, purchases, sales, and leases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent client management abilities.
• Proficient in managing and overseeing legal support staff.
