Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Fairfield, New Jersey office. This role offers early-career attorneys the opportunity to gain experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters while developing their skills in a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Duties:

• Review loan documents, financial records, and related materials to assess case readiness
• Draft and review pleadings and legal correspondence to initiate actions
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations
• Maintain and update internal systems with case findings and documentation
• Analyze case issues and recommend appropriate legal actions
• Handle matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar membership required; New Jersey Bar admission preferred
