Duties

• Draft and execute planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Prepare and review contracts, business filings, and documents related to trusts and corporate matters.
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of cases and contribute to the firm's growth.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in estate and tax planning for mid-high net worth individuals.
• Exceptional research and writing skills; detail-oriented draftsperson.
• Experience in trust administration and probate procedure.
• Strong academic background and business development skills.
• Experience in business transactional practice and real estate principles is a plus.
• Effective client interaction and polished communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Education

• JD required; LLM in tax or estate planning preferred.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.

Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
