Duties

• Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.

Requirements

• Over three years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut.
