Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and zoning compliance.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transaction closings.
• Advise clients on financing arrangements, leasing matters, and related real estate issues.
• Manage transactional timelines and ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.
• Prepare closing documents and oversee closing processes.
• Address and resolve legal issues that arise during the course of transactions.

Requirements

• Four years of experience handling commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, title matters, and financing structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.
