Requirements

  • Four years of experience handling commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, title matters, and financing structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.
