Director, Review - Cyber
The candidate will assist in operational management of the Cyber Review Solutions team. Provide and reinforce a positive and respectful team mentality across Cyber Review Solutions. Communicate with clients and their counsel as an expert in our process and service offerings. Drive review process and department optimization. Responsible for identifying areas of operational risk and implementing strategies to mitigate such risk. Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Work across the department to provide leadership and implement a performance management process to facilitate growth opportunities for employees. Support the GRO in opportunities for growth at matter or client level. Prepares and/or presents information related to the Cyber Review Solutions team via reporting, executive updates, training modules, etc.. JD, admission to and good standing in a state bar optional. Privacy Certification (ex. CIPP/US) a plus (but not required). Minimum of 9 years eDiscovery or law firm experience either within or outside of Consilio; with 4+ years focused on Cyber Response Review .
