Duties

• Engage in tax controversy and litigation matters.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of tax controversy experience.
• Knowledge of international tax and transfer-pricing concepts preferred.
• Experience with the IRS, Department of Justice, or federal court clerkship is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
