A top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution. This role involves managing complex domestic and international trademark portfolios and supporting high-profile brand clients. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and demonstrate strong legal analysis, communication, and portfolio management skills. Prior experience working with entertainment clients is a plus.

Locations

• Winston-Salem, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Conduct high-level clearance searches and trademark prosecution

• Advise clients on branding, IP strategy, and enforcement matters

• Prepare and respond to trademark filings and office actions

• Work directly with entertainment industry clients (preferred)

• Maintain a high-volume docket with strong organizational control

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across multiple offices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant trademark clearance and prosecution experience

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish

• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and client service orientation

• Ability to independently manage a full workload in a fast-paced setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Licensing Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar

Preferred Skills

• Experience advising clients in the entertainment sector

• Familiarity with international trademark regulations and procedures

• Proficient in managing complex, high-profile trademark matters

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multilingual clients
