Duties

• Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategies.
• Review medical records and demand packages.
• Collaborate with case managers to ensure case progression.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to resolve cases.
• Ensure clients receive proper treatment and support.
• Engage in client intake and case evaluation.

Requirements

• Recently passed the bar or early in legal career.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in personal injury law.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
