Profile

A law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in complex commercial acquisition and disposition transactions, including work on both debt and equity sides.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents
• Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, ownership, development, and financing of commercial real estate
• Manage complex real estate transactions from inception to completion
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other attorneys to ensure successful outcomes
• Stay current on industry trends and legal developments

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the relevant state
