Duties

• Support and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
• Engage in pre-litigation and litigation phases to understand firm operations.
• Manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of litigation experience, including 3+ years in personal injury.
• Consistent trial experience with 1st chair knowledge in personal injury cases.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Engaging and committed to client advocacy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
