Duties

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients.
• Answer prospective clients' questions.
• Guide prospective clients through legal problems.
• Draft memoranda of consultations conducted.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license, with no disciplinary history.
• Experience in plaintiff or defense side labor and employment preferred.
• Great phone etiquette and heavy note-taking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple Operating System.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license.
