ERISA associate
The candidate will assist in the representation of Taft-Hartley Multiemployer Trusts. Should have 3-5 years of ERISA experience advising health and welfare and pension plans in all aspects of plan administration and ERISA compliance, but we are willing to consider recent graduates with a demonstrated interest in the employee benefits field as evidenced by completion of courses in labor law and ERISA/employee benefits. Must be a member of the California Bar.
