A law firm seeks an Associate Corporate Attorney to join their team in Grapevine, Texas. The successful candidate will manage transactional matters, advise on corporate governance, and assist with compliance. This role provides exposure to high-profile transactions and collaboration with senior partners on domestic and international corporate matters.

Duties

• Conduct due diligence and prepare reports for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, including purchase and shareholder agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory issues.
• Assist with contract management and internal policy development.
• Coordinate with finance and tax teams on cross-disciplinary issues.
• Manage and prioritize multiple matters to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in corporate transactional practice.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
• Proven track record in handling corporate transactions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and editing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
