Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Drug Development Attorney in Washington, D.C. to join their dynamic drug development team. The team provides comprehensive assistance with FDA regulatory issues for clients developing drugs and biologics.

Duties

• Guide regulatory strategy from early-stage activities to marketing authorization.
• Draft and advise on FDA submission materials, including meeting briefing books and INDs/NDAs/BLAs.
• Address regulatory issues in clinical trial planning and conduct.
• Represent clients in FDA meetings and interactions.
• Conduct due diligence for transactions and securities offerings.
• Represent clients in FDA's formal dispute resolution process.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Experience at FDA, in regulated industry, or prior big firm experience preferred.
• Membership in the DC Bar or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• Scientific degree or background preferred.

Certifications

• DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
