This unique opportunity involves working on high-profile and emotionally significant matters involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary disputes. The position offers exposure to frequent trials, client interaction, and opportunities to build a specialized legal practice in one of the most compelling areas of litigation.

Location

• San Francisco, California

Duties

• Represent clients in fiduciary disputes, including trust and estate contests, conservatorships, and guardianships

• Handle litigation matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, financial elder abuse, and investment mismanagement

• Draft motions, legal memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents

• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior litigators and participate in high-volume trial practice

• Maintain frequent and direct communication with clients navigating family-related legal disputes

• Contribute to business development efforts in a niche legal market

Requirements

• 2–5 years of litigation experience

• Experience or interest in trusts and estates litigation is preferred, but not required

• Ability to handle complex, sensitive cases involving high-net-worth individuals

• Strong trial preparation and courtroom skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
