The candidate will work closely with the Docketing Manager and Intellectual Property practice group to analyze, update, and maintain records on docketing software. Analyze, update, and maintain records on the docketing software. Follow strict guidelines. Integrate new client intake files. Create client reports. Intellectual Property experience required and experience with patents preferred. Experience in legal industry or professional service industry is preferred. Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Must have superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
