Requirements

• 18 years of experience practicing commercial litigation law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
• Proven ability to handle a high caseload independently.

• Excellent negotiation and courtroom presentation abilities.
• Strong professional judgment and decision-making skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
