A law firm in Jacksonville is seeking a Litigating Personal Injury Attorney with 5-10 years of documented experience to oversee all aspects of Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law, and the ability to manage a large caseload effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as is trial experience.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the gathering of necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information related to claims.
• Negotiate settlement offers and prepare demand letters in collaboration with the team.
• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary.
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery.
• Interact with clients during their time of need.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of documented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law.
• Ability to handle a large caseload.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
• Trial experience (preferred).

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Bar admission in Florida.

Skills:

• Ability to handle a large caseload efficiently.
