Duties

• Collaborate with staff, title companies, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research.
• Encouraged to write articles for publication.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Good attitude and adaptability to change.
• Ability to prepare for and cover court hearings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in document review.
• Aptitude for learning real property title and regulatory rules.
• Creative application of title curative techniques.
• Positive interaction with opposing counsel and defendants.
• Motivated self-starter with multitasking ability.
• Team player willing to assist as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
