Duties

  • Conduct transactional antitrust work, including HSR filings and merger investigations.

  • Engage in antitrust investigations and complex federal litigations.
  • Collaborate with team members and assume significant responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of relevant antitrust experience.
  • Experience with FTC, DOJ, and other enforcement agencies.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice or eligibility to obtain it.
