Duties

• Draft, review, and revise real estate capital markets agreements and transactional agreements.
• Manage and coordinate with partners and paralegals to ensure timely deal progression.
• Handle multiple deadlines and tasks for various clients simultaneously.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of real estate transaction experience.
• Experience in capital markets, including institutional joint ventures and syndications.
• Proficiency in PSA and financing documentation.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage deals from start to finish.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
