Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including investigations, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Assist with case management, including organizing documents, preparing for hearings and trials, and maintaining client communication.
• Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to advise clients on legal matters.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 2-4 years of experience handling general liability and construction defect litigation matters.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with insurance defense litigation is preferred.
• General understanding of carrier billing and reporting guidelines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
