The candidate will provide the first impression of our firm by being the first point of contact for all potential clients. Use your critical thinking skills to determine prospective cases. Play a vital role in providing new clients with excellent customer service. Should have customer service and/or Call Center environment experience. Should be bilingual. Should have Legal Experience and knowledge of Medical Terminology. Should have excellent computer and typing skills, a minimum of 45 wpm, excellent speaking and grammatical skills, ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures. Should provide above-and-beyond customer service.
