Duties

• Review and assess the merits of clients' personal injury claims.

• Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate injuries.
• Handle disputed claims through litigation, including trial preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files, tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks.
• Uphold professional ethics and compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Arkansas Bar.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures required.
• Must be located in or near the State of Arkansas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Arkansas Bar.
