Duties

• Advise companies on developing corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
• Identify and negotiate discretionary economic development incentives.
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with team members.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of application.
