Duties

• Negotiate and draft construction and license/access agreements.
• Handle mechanics liens and lien foreclosures.
• Manage RPAPL 881 proceedings and construction delays.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm.

Requirements

• 3-12 years of relevant legal experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Admission to practice law in New York.
• Strong writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
