Duties

• Manage files throughout all stages of litigation, ensuring timely progression.
• Attend court appearances and depositions, representing clients effectively.
• Draft and prepare responses to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare case evaluations analyzing issues of liability and damages.
• Review and summarize medical records to support litigation efforts.
• Draft evaluations and updates to clients on case analyses and progress.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar; additional licensure in Indiana is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of client service and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois Bar; additional licensure in Indiana is a plus.
