Location:

• Washington, D.C.

Duties:

• Handle trademark prosecution, including clearance, filings, and responses to office actions

• Manage online enforcement and takedown efforts for intellectual property violations

• Advise clients on brand protection strategies

• Support ongoing IP portfolio management and enforcement actions

• Contribute to a team-focused environment without the requirement of business development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement

• Ability to manage a steady, high-quality caseload with minimal supervision

• Availability to work in a hybrid setting based on office location

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state

Skills:

• Proficiency in U.S. trademark law and online brand protection practices

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a flexible scheduling model

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service
