Job Overview
A law firm seeks a senior-level attorney to join its Real Estate practice in Baltimore, Maryland. Duties
- Work directly with partners and clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Lead title, survey, lease, zoning, and diligence review.
- Coordinate closings and manage transaction teams.
- Assist clients in evaluating and resolving legal and business issues.
Requirements
- Five or more years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating various transaction documents.
- Experience with diverse real estate matters is strongly preferred.
Education
- J.D. is required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Maryland or Virginia is preferred.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials and good interpersonal judgment.
- Ability to manage transactions efficiently and independently.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and other transaction participants.
