Duties

• Manage caseload from inception to conclusion.
• Draft motions and memoranda.
• Appear in court for conferences and oral arguments.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Conduct risk assessments, counsel clients, and draft status reports.
• Negotiate settlements.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills
