Remote arrangements will be considered for this role, which involves advising on high-profile transactions and representing various clients in the real estate and investment sectors.

Duties

• Advise on real estate joint ventures for commercial, industrial, and multifamily developments.
• Provide guidance on the tax aspects of opportunity zone funds and equity rollover transactions.
• Assist in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds.
• Represent family offices, real estate developers, sponsors, and investment advisors.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in real estate joint ventures and investment funds.
• Exceptional analytical and business skills.
• Strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation.
• Experience at a large law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.
