Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters throughout all stages of litigation, including trial and settlement negotiations

• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice tailored to individual case needs

• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings in state and federal courts

• Develop case strategies in collaboration with legal teams and firm leadership

• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case developments

• Participate in internal case reviews and contribute to collaborative legal strategy sessions

• Stay informed on updates in tort law, trial techniques, and relevant precedents

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

• Experience in personal injury litigation or related legal fields

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload with efficiency and precision

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Capacity to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• State Bar of Texas membership in good standing
