Duties

• Support trial preparation by drafting motions and preparing exhibits.
• Manage expert witnesses, including selection and testimony coordination.
• Provide timely client updates and case status reports.
• Utilize cloud-based platforms and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedural rules.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based litigation platforms and billing protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized and effective at managing deadlines.

Education
