Duties

• Participate in domestic and international travel as needed.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of complex litigation experience.
• Experience in antitrust or intellectual property required.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Active license in good standing in at least one state.
• Licensure in the State of New York highly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited school of law.

Certifications

• Active legal license in good standing.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.
