Assistant Office Manager

The candidate will be responsible of caseload in addition to the overall supervision of the services provided by the paralegals under supervision. Will be responsible for the management and administration of the paralegal and support staff. Proficiency with Excel and LollyLaw is helpful. Must have Family/Litigation Immigration experience. Must have 5+ years of managerial experience. Should have 5 + years of litigation and Family/Litigation Practice Law Firm . Should have 5+ years of experience in a senior level capacity with an immigration Family/Litigation law firm. Should be Bilingual and Fluent in both Spanish and English (Strongly Preferred).
