Senior Employment Attorney Duties

• Handle cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace harassment.
• Lead trials and arbitrations, including jury trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.
• Conduct client intake and interviews.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Develop case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Duties

• Assist in cases involving wage disputes, wrongful termination, and harassment.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Conduct client intake and interviews.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and collaborate on case strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Senior Attorney: At least 7 years of experience in employment law litigation.
• Mid-Level Associate: At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
