A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Delaware. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Duties

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
• 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Delaware.
