Duties

• Engage in corporate, M&A, private equity, securities, and real estate joint ventures.
• Advise private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and various companies and lenders.
• Assume immediate responsibility and engage in client interaction.
• Participate in a partnership track opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and qualifications.
• Strong work ethic and comparable law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
