Duties

• Provide expert advice on customs valuation, including transaction value and related party transactions.
• Engage in tariff classification and country of origin analyses.
• Develop duty mitigation strategies and handle customs litigation.
• Collaborate with clients and work independently on complex matters.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in customs valuation and related fields.
• Experience with Section 232 value issues and CBP valuation audits preferred.
• Comfortable with direct client engagement and collaborative work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
