Job Overview

A law firm seeks experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidates will have expertise in areas such as bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, or other insurance defense lines of business.

Duties

• Partners: Drive case strategies and engage with clients and business partners.
• Partners: Lead counsel on day-to-day case management and trial involvement.
• Associates: Collaborate with partners on depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Associates: Assist in client service tasks, including reporting.

Requirements

• Partners: Minimum 7 years' experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in Nevada and 2 years in insurance defense.
• Associates: Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed lawyer.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Nevada Bar.
