Duties:

• Guide personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial.

• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to internal training and development.

• Strategize case progression, including oversight of discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

• Collaborate closely with legal teams, paralegals, and support staff to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

• Communicate with clients, experts, medical professionals, and opposing counsel to advance case objectives.

• Take an active role in firm leadership initiatives as the organization expands nationally.

Requirements:

• 7-15 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years specifically in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).

• Demonstrated trial success with regular first-chair experience.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and team members simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Dedication to advocacy, empathy for clients, and a collaborative approach to legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of California.
