Licensing Associate

The candidate should have 4-8 years’ experience for an Associate position. Must have experience with consumer financial services and/or money transmitter licensing requirements, including analysis and advice regarding licensing requirements, changes of control and other key events, experience with license applications, and regular interaction with state licensing officials. Must have strong academic performance and persuasive writing skills. Must be barred in California or have an application pending with the State Bar of California; candidates for another office must be admitted to the applicable bar or be eligible to waive into that bar.
