Duties:

• Conducting patentability searches and patent analysis.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Responding to office actions from the USPTO.
• Conducting IP due diligence and patent portfolio management.
• Providing counsel on patent infringement and validity issues.
• Assisting in patent litigation and licensing matters as needed.
• Keeping abreast of changes in patent laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• some experience in patent prosecution.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
