Job Overview

A law firm seeks a litigation associate to join its office in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex cases. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. While experience in environmental or worker safety matters is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Duties

• Engage in the preparation and/or taking of depositions.
• Prepare and/or answer pleadings and discovery.
• Draft and/or respond to motions and briefs.
• Manage expert witnesses and related tasks.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of litigation experience.
• Critical thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues in a detailed and organized manner.
• Experience in environmental or worker health and safety matters is a plus.
• Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar admission (additional bar admissions a plus).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
