Intake Specialist
The candidate will provide an initial interview with potential clients and are the first point of contact with our company. Assist clients with filing applications for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Explains services and provides a general overview of the disability process. Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Should preferably have 1+ year of customer service experience. Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred.
