Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking motivated and skilled Associate Attorneys to join its team in Orlando. This is a full-time litigation-focused position in the plaintiff-side employment law sector, specifically handling wage and hour matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in employment law cases with a focus on wage and hour disputes
• Manage a caseload from start to finish, including legal research, drafting, and court appearances
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide legal advice
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and related legal trends

Requirements:

• Florida Bar License (mandatory)
• Proven experience in legal research and writing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in litigation, particularly in employment law, is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar License (required)
