A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in patent litigation, representing both accused infringers and patent owners in various legal settings.

Duties

• Represent clients in district courts, the International Trade Commission, and PTAB proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in patent litigation.
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar.
• Experience with district courts, ITC, and USPTO proceedings.

Education

• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications

• USPTO registration is a plus.
